DoorKing 6400 Underground Operator

The Model 6400 is a swing gate operator that installs underground making it virtually invisible. Although this operator is hidden from view, it still gracefully satisfies the most sophisticated automation needs without being detrimental to the original gate design.

Invisible and powerful, the motor/drive mechanism and self-supporting foundation box are constructed in die-cast aluminum with a special corrosion-proof treatment, and because the drive unit is gear driven, there is no need to worry about hydraulic leaks, check valves or pumps.

The Model 6400 is optimized to operate successfully and be highly flexible. An example of flexibility is found in the lockable manual release lever, allowing the operator to be used from inside or outside the gate.

Plug-in loop detectors simplify wiring and make installation easy.

The build of the underground, self-supporting foundation box ensures protection as it has a galvanized steel cover and is fully enclosed in die-cast aluminum, providing supreme protection from rust and corrosion.

Control Boxes
The microprocessor based electronic control board provides many advanced features typically not found in an operator in this class.

Two control boxes are available to meet specific needs:

The Standard control box is typically used for applications not requiring power for additional control devices, such as telephone entry systems or access control products.

The Deluxe control box provides three 115 VAC convenience outlets to power auxiliary power transformers. Both control boxes include batteries to power the actuator during power outages.
