I found Automatic Gate Wholesalers after looking for a Gate company on the web. I had no idea where to start. When I purchased the home it came with a slide gate, but no automation. I wanted an automatic gate at my home I was tired of getting out of my car and pushing the gate open manually. I also have young children so I wanted something safe for the kids as well. I was very happy to learn how knowledgeable AGW is about gate safety and I felt very comfortable with their product recommendations. I gave them my budget and they worked with in that to get me a detailed quote that same day. I have always considered myself very handy, but was not sure the project was with in my realm of capability. AGW assured me that if I ran in to any problems, their technical support would be there to help me through the process and they certainly did (and it was free!). I am very happy and pleased with my gate system. AGW took good care of me and came through with everything they promised and more. I had called 2 or 3 companies looking for a specific part for my gate opener. All the other companies said they could get it, but they did not have it in stock and it would probably take 4-5 days to get it and have it shipped to my home. I didn't want to leave the gate down for that long. We have had some vandalism to vehicles in my neighborhood and I wanted my gate up and running quickly as possible. If the other companies COULD ship it to me overnight, it would have cost 3 times what the actual part cost. AGW not only had the part in stock, but gave me several shipping options and costs and let me decide the most practical and economical shipping option for my pocket and piece of mind. As a DIY homeowner I have done many upgrades and fixes in my home in the past several years. My wife and I had been thinking how nice it would be to have a beautiful,ornate automatic gate, as we have a long driveway to our home. We thought that it might not only add property value, but would add a sense of security too. I started looking at gate fabricators and equipment online. I found AGW and let them know I had a blank canvas and could they help me fill it with the picture that I have in my mind. They asked me a simple list of questions about the landscape and measurements of my driveway. I picked a gate style and before I knew it I had a full set of drawings for my approval per my specifications. Choosing the gate system was also a breeze. The options presented to me were for the exact weight and length of my gates and the amount of traffic on a daily basis. The gate and the equipment arrived all in tact and very well packed. My brother who is a contractor and I did the installation and I must say without a lot of the preconceived stresses that I imagined. With the help of the AGW technical support we were able to complete the installation in a timely manner. AGW stayed with in my budget and never tried to stray from it.
